Goutham Gopalsamy is the Founder and CEO of SAMG Infotech, bringing over a decade of experience in US healthcare revenue cycle management, accounts receivable, denial management, process training, team leadership and client operations. With a background in Electronics and Communication Engineering, he combines strong RCM expertise with a technology-driven approach to build scalable, efficient and AI-enabled healthcare solutions. At SAMG Infotech, he leads the company’s strategy, innovation and service delivery, with a focus on operational excellence, accountable teams and measurable value for healthcare organizations.

Stephen Jeyakumar
Stephen Jeyakumar is a Director and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of SAMG Infotech, bringing over seven years of experience in US healthcare revenue cycle management and operational leadership. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, he has strong expertise in claims management, team development, performance monitoring, quality control and process improvement. As COO, he oversees business operations, resource management, client coordination and process governance, ensuring efficient, compliant and quality-focused service delivery.

Dinesh Velladurai
Dinesh Velladurai is a Director and the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of SAMG Infotech, bringing strong expertise in Enterprise AI, Robotic Process Automation and intelligent workflow transformation. He has led AI and RPA initiatives and delivered solutions using UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Generative AI and Agentic RPA. With advanced education in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence from IIIT Bangalore, Dinesh leads SAMG Infotech’s technology division, shaping its automation strategy, AI adoption and development of scalable technology solutions that enhance efficiency across healthcare RCM operations.
